Refund Policy

1. Free tier

No charges, no refunds — obviously.

2. Paid subscriptions — 7 day full refund window

For your first paid subscription, if you are not satisfied you may request a full refund within 7 days of the first payment. Send billing@tatvatrade.in your account email. Refund processes within 5 business days to your original payment method.

3. After 7 days — pro-rated cancellation

You may cancel any time. Your access continues until the end of the current billing period; no further charges are made. We do not pro-rate refunds for partial months after the 7-day window.

4. Service failure refunds

If TATVA has a monthly uptime below 95% for reasons under our control (excluding NSE closures, Dhan outages, Telegram outages, and force-majeure), we credit affected paid subscribers a pro-rated refund equal to downtime ÷ 720 × monthly fee. This is automatically applied as a credit to your next invoice.

5. No refund for

  • Trading losses incurred acting on signals
  • Missed signals due to your Telegram / email configuration
  • Changes in your personal financial situation
  • Third-party outages (NSE, Dhan, Telegram, your ISP)
  • Accounts terminated for breach of Terms (redistribution, fraud, etc.)

6. How to request

Email billing@tatvatrade.in with:

  • Your account email
  • Subscription reference or invoice number
  • Reason for refund request

We respond within 3 business days and process approved refunds within 5 additional business days.
