Terms of Service

1. Acceptance

By creating an account, subscribing, or consuming any TATVA signal on any channel, you accept these Terms of Service in full, along with our SEBI Disclaimer and Privacy Policy.

2. Service description

TATVA is a signal-generation platform operated by Arovea Pinnacle Pvt Ltd ("we", "us"). We publish intraday trading signals for NSE-listed securities and options. We do not execute trades on your behalf, do not hold your securities or funds, and are not a broker, advisor, or research analyst.

3. Subscription tiers

Free tier provides limited teaser signals. Premium and Pro tiers provide full-detail signals and are billed monthly in advance. Prices are quoted in INR and subject to change on 30 days notice.

4. User obligations

• You must be at least 18 years old and legally resident in India.
• Not redistribute, resell, or publish signals in any form without written consent.
• Not use the service to facilitate market manipulation or any unlawful activity.
• Keep your account credentials confidential. You are responsible for all activity on your account.

5. Service availability

We target 99% monthly uptime but do not guarantee continuous availability. Scheduled maintenance, third-party outages (Dhan, NSE, Telegram), and force majeure events may interrupt the service. No refunds for partial-day outages.

6. Limitation of liability

Our aggregate liability in any 12-month period is capped at the total subscription fees you paid us in that period. We are not liable for trading losses, missed signals, consequential damages, lost profits, or any damages arising from your use of signals.

7. Termination

You may cancel any time via your dashboard; pro-rated refund as per Refund Policy. We may terminate accounts for breach of these Terms with 7 days notice (immediate for fraud, redistribution, or unlawful activity).

8. Intellectual property

All TATVA software, signal content, algorithmic logic, and branding remain the exclusive property of Arovea Pinnacle Pvt Ltd. You receive a non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to consume signals for your personal trading only.

9. Changes to terms

We may amend these Terms on 30 days prior notice to registered users. Continued use after the effective date constitutes acceptance. Material changes to subscription fees require 30 days notice.

10. Governing law

These Terms are governed by Indian law. Exclusive jurisdiction: courts at Bengaluru, Karnataka.
